Not fully satisfied with your purchase? X Rocker will accept returns within 30 days after delivery for Standard Shipping items. Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and any restocking fee associated with returns.
Contact Customer Service at 01274 683 109 or email@example.com between 9am and 5pm (GMT) Monday through Friday to receive a return authorization number and our shipping address. Products shipped to X Rocker without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To be eligible for a refund, X Rocker must receive the product in the original packaging without any damage or missing pieces. Once the return has been processed, your refund will be credited into your account.
What to do if you change your mind about a product that you have purchased
- Customers can return products that are still sealed and in unused, resalable condition within 14 days of the delivery date. To arrange this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 days to initiate the return.
- Customers MUST contact XRockernation before returning a product, we will not be held responsible for any unsolicited returns
- Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Due to hygiene and handling reasons, we are unable to accept a change of mind return for a product that has been opened.
- A proof of postage (at no extra cost to you) is advised for any products that are shipped back to us.
- This does not affect your statutory rights
- If the item ordered is not the same as what you have received then this would need to have been checked beforehand, all X Rocker products are titled on the box and if this does not match up with what you have ordered then contact us at email@example.com before opening.
