The courier will be in contact within 24 hours of shipment confirmation via email/SMS to arrange a delivery date with you directly.

If this item is for PRE-ORDER, shipping times apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

The 5 easy steps to a successful delivery:

  1. You will receive a shipment notification email from X Rocker UK containing the tracking number and portal link.
  2. Please visit the BJS Home Delivery tracking portal https://www.bjshomedelivery.com/track to view, confirm and/or change your delivery date.
  3. BJS Home Delivery will contact you the night before delivery with a 3-hour delivery window so you know when to expect the item. Please ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery within this timeslot. The courier will not deliver the item if nobody is present to sign for the item.
  4. The 2-MAN delivery team will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival on the day of delivery, to advise of ETA.
  5. Ensure you are at the property to greet your delivery team. Your order will not be delivered if no one is present. Your order will be delivered over the threshold of your property and will require a signature at the point of delivery (due to COVID-19 restrictions, BJS will sign for the item and photograph the delivery).
