PRODUCT PACKAGING

Please note, all our items arrive in packaging that reveals what's inside the box. If your order is a gift, please consider using an alternative shipping address to avoid ruining the surprise!

  • All X Rocker products will be shipped FREE of charge throughout the UK via a 3rd party courier service unless another shipping method has been selected at checkout – some postcode restrictions may apply depending on the type of product. Please check individual product pages for more details.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the type of product, the shipping address, the time/date of purchase and the delivery method selected.
  • If your item is for pre-order, dispatch and delivery times will apply from the date of product release as stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Orders will be processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding National Bank Holidays) and deliveries will take place Monday to Friday – it is at the courier’s discretion if they wish to attempt weekend delivery. X Rocker cannot be held accountable for this.
  • Please note, our couriers are only required to deliver to, or just over the threshold of your building/property. We do not currently offer room-of-choice delivery or assembly services.
  • Multi-item orders or bundles may be shipped separately, and are not guaranteed to be delivered at the same time, or by the same courier.
  • We do not recommend using a 3rd party delivery address with a view that the consignment will then be sent to another address on your behalf. If you choose to use such a service, it is your responsibility to ensure that the consignment is within the recipient's weight and dimension parameters. Once the item(s) have been delivered to the 3rd party address as stated on the order form, we accept no responsibility for delivery issues thereafter.
  • Please note, your item arrives in packaging that reveals what’s inside and cannot be hidden! If this is a gift, please consider shipping to a different home address.

Standard UK Delivery – FREE

  • Available on all orders with no minimum £ spend.
  • Some postcode restrictions may apply depending on the type of product. Please check individual product pages for more details.
  • Standard delivery may take up to 5-7 working days. This varies depending on the type of product, the shipping address and time/date of purchase.
  • Orders will be processed Monday to Friday only (excluding National Bank Holidays)

 

Next Day Delivery* - £9.99

  • Order before 12PM Monday to Friday (excluding National Bank Holidays) to get your order delivered the *next working day. 
  • Only available on eligible items (smaller / 1-MAN items) to mainland UK postcodes – shipping rates will be confirmed at checkout.
  • Unfortunately, this service is not available to the following postal zones: AB, BT, DD, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.
  • If you have other products in your basket that are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service, they will be shipped using our free standard delivery or large furniture delivery service, and may be delivered separately and by another courier.

 

Large Furniture Delivery – FREE

  • We offer free day-of-choice delivery on all large / 2-MAN items (e.g. beds and furniture) to mainland UK postcodes – shipping rates will be confirmed at checkout.
  • Unfortunately, this service is not available to the following postal zones: AB, BT, DD, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.
  • Your item(s) will be delivered by our specialist 3rd party 2-MAN courier service – BJS Home Delivery. Please provide your active mobile phone number as the courier will be in contact with you via SMS/email to arrange a suitable delivery date. You must confirm your delivery date with the courier directly or else they will not attempt delivery. If you fail to provide an active mobile phone number, your delivery may be delayed.
  • Please note, BJS Home Delivery are only required to deliver to, or just over the threshold of your building/property. We do not currently offer room-of-choice delivery or any assembly services.
  • If you have other products in your basket that are excluded from the Large Furniture Delivery service, they will be shipped using our free standard delivery service, and may be delivered separately and by another courier.

      Shipping internationally

      Unfortunately, X Rocker UK does not currently ship internationally. However, our products are available globally through various international retailers and partnerships.

      Please note, we do NOT accept orders with delivery to 'virtual addresses' or third party global couriers for international shipment.
