Shipping information


Please note, all our items arrive in packaging that reveals what's inside the box. If your order is a gift, please consider using an alternative shipping address to avoid ruining the surprise!

Shipping within the United Kingdom

  • All X Rocker products will be shipped FREE of charge throughout the UK via a third party courier service – some postcode restrictions may apply depending on the type of product. Please check specific product pages for more details.
  • Delivery may take up to 5-10 working days depending on the item(s), courier, the shipping address and time/date of purchase. 
  • Shipping time applies from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
  • If your item is for pre-order, dispatch and delivery times will apply from the date of product release as stated on the product page at the time of purchasing.
  • We do not offer or guarantee next day delivery. We aim to pack and dispatch your order ASAP, however larger furniture items may take up to 5-7 working days for dispatch, and a further 7-10 working days for delivery. More details can be found on the relevant product page.
  • Our third party courier services are provided on a Monday-Friday basis, and a signature will be required upon delivery. It is at the courier’s discretion if they wish to attempt weekend delivery, and therefore we cannot account for this.
  • For smaller / 1-MAN items e.g. chairs & desks, your item will be delivered by Yodel or DPD using a standard shipping service.
  • For larger / 2-MAN items e.g. beds & furniture, your item will be delivered by BJS Home Delivery. The courier will be in touch with you via SMS / email to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please note, you must confirm your delivery date with the carrier directly or else they will not attempt delivery.
  • Please note, our couriers will only deliver to, or just over the threshold of your building/property. Unfortunately, we do not offer room of choice delivery or any assembly services. The recipient must make their own provisions to move their item within the property.
  • For National Bank Holidays, please allow an additional working day for your order to be processed due to staff availability.
  • Multi-item orders or bundles may be shipped separately, and are not guaranteed to be delivered at the same time, or by the same carrier.
  • Please note, your item arrives in packaging that reveals what’s inside and cannot be hidden. If this is a gift, please consider shipping to a different address.
  • We do not recommend delivery to third party addresses with a view to the consignment then being sent to an address on your behalf. If you choose to use such a service, the onus is on you to ensure that the consignment is within the recipient weight and dimension parameters. If a consignment is shipped to a third party address, we consider this delivered, and it is your responsibility to retrieve the parcel.

    Shipping internationally

    Unfortunately, X Rocker UK does not currently ship internationally. However, our products are available globally through various international retailers and partnerships.

    Please note, we do NOT accept orders with delivery to 'virtual addresses' or third party global couriers for international shipment.
